Returns, Cancellations & Refund Policy

At GODSPEEDONLINEUS, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Below is our policy for handling orders, returns, and refunds.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of payment.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • A nominal fee of 6.9% + $1 applies for cancellations.

Return Policy:

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery.

  • Products must be unused and include original packaging and accessories.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are issued after inspecting returned items.

  • Proof of issue is required for damaged, defective, or missing items.

  • Buyer’s remorse refunds are allowed but return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exchange Policy:

  • Carrier errors or lost items due to our shipping process are replaced at no cost.

  • Customer mistakes in shipping details require the customer to pay for reshipment.

Exceptions:

  • Pre-order and personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Packages lost after confirmed delivery or returned due to customs are not eligible.

  • Orders already in transit cannot be canceled.

International Orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or taxes.

  • Returns due to international shipping costs or duties are not accepted.
